| Description | The Boise Police Department CIT Program is in the beginning stages of development. The Boise PD has been involved with local providers for about 18 months. This past fall the Boise PD CIT Program received CIT training from agencies with established programs. Currently all sworn staff is required to participate in a four hour CIT over-view class. A more in-depth training will take place this fall. |
