Report on site visit to Steering Committee

Representatives who participated in the site visit should meet after their return and develop a report for the entire Steering Committee. Representatives should discuss what they learned during the site visit and resolve any confusion or disagreement before reporting to the Steering Committee.

Representatives must understand their role: at this juncture, they know more about CIT than anyone else. Typically, after visiting a CIT program, representatives are very enthusiastic about CIT. It is imperative that they share their energy and commitment with the Steering Committee. Their presentation should also include recommendations for next steps.
